PIe crust recipe for you:
1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 lb butter
1/2 t salt
3-5 T ice water
Mix the flour and salt. Chop the butter into little bits and use your hands to pinch it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse bread crumbs. Add water gradually until you can bring it all tgether into a ball. It should feel pretty dry, but not falling apart. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge until you're ready to roll it out.
This only makes 1 9" shell, so if you want a two-crust pie, double it. Enjoy!
