Yup, I'm feeling that way. 

My boss is apparently out today, so I have no desire to be productive.  However, I'm feeling guilty about that because 1) it's only Tuesday and 2) I got a raise yesterday.

Congrats on the raise betrothed! Verrry niiice.

I don't even have anything to really complain about. It just feels SO much later in the week than Tuesday. I just can not believe there are two more days until pay day and three more until the weekend.

Also, I am kind of mad at myself for booking an appointment here at work at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. I am going to be so dead by then I will probably suck at my job.

Yes. Especially since I was out yesterday so it feels like Monday for me.

Ugh yes. I had an AWFUL Monday and today hasn't been great so far either. To top it off, my throat is becoming scratchy and I keep coughing. I absolutely cannot get sick this week, after being out all last week on "vacation".

That's awesome on the raise, betrothed. We've had a raise freeze for over two years, and it's getting old.

I think because I am not working this week, my days feel even longer. I'd probably say the same thing if I were working---but sometimes sitting on my asss at home can make the time drag by verrryyyy slow.

We're also on a raise freeze, and have been for a little over a year now.  Last year my boss told his boss that if he didn't give me a raise he might lose me (he really wouldn't have, and he knows that, but hey it worked for me) and he can't risk it, so freeze or not he was giving me a raise.  That's basically how the convo went this time as well.

Hells yeah.  I overslept, missed a dentist appointment, was late to work and now have to go to the dentist at lunch. Plus, I have a shitton of work to do today and very little motivation to do it. Blerg.

I also got an email last night confirming that one of my oldest friends is getting married the week after me, so I will miss her wedding. She had her date, tentatively, before me and we tried to get a different date at our venue but another couple took it so we only had Sept. 18th left and took it. Oh well, I know it's not the end of the world and I will be thinking of her on her wedding day but I did go to bed sad last night.
