Aside from pepper jellies, what would YOU make with fresh banana peppers?
I grew ONE plant, and it produced about 30 peppers. I shiit you not.

I wanted to make banana pepper chicken, but that's just one thing.

Also, I used to make a taco casserole - basically you fried up ground beef, mixed it with salsa and (I think) mayo, then layered that with cheese and tortilla chips.  I'd always mix random veggies in with the meat.   I did goat horn peppers once and it was fantastic.
