So...I received an RSVP back from a divorced girlfriend of mine. We just invited her, but she RSVP'd with a guest. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem...BUT, her "guest" is a married man. He has been cheating on his wife with her for the past 8 months. She thinks he is the one, but he has never attended anything with her in public before, for fear of his wife and/or children finding out.
I have already made it very clear that I don't agree with what she is doing. We thought the relationship had ended a few months ago, but I guess not!
She a) did not ask if she could bring a guest; and b) I am not comfortable with the fact that this "guest" of hers is married.
Any advice here?
