right after i got engaged, i knew who i wanted in my wedding it started with a list of 8 people, i asked all of them and they all said yes. one of my brides maids was worried about the money aspect of being in my wedding so i said if its going to be a problem with money let me know and i can see want we can do, she took this as i didn't want her in my wedding, and she got mad at me and basically hasn't talked to me since. so then i was down to 7. Another girl in the wedding was very conservative with her dress, i wanted all the girls to wear strapless floor length dresses, she insisted on wearing a jacket or something like that, i didn't want her to because i thought it would look weird, so i told her no, she insisted, my fience told her that she was making me stressed and that she needed to go with the flow, she wrote me a long email and said that he had kicked her out of the wedding and that she was so hurt, i then asked her to play music at the wedding, she agreed and then 2 weeks later she said that she couldnt commit to something like that, but she and her family (of 8) would be waiting for there invitation. Do i have to invite her? i still am upset with what happened, i have since added another brides maid and that brings the total up to 7, there may be another one added later, but right now i dont need any more drama. i guess im just wondering if what i did was wrong, or if it was them that had the problem. because it really makes me upset that the 2 girls who i thought were my best friends refused to be in my wedding.
