We've been tossing around ideas for favors and I wanted to get some opinions. We know we want to do a photo booth but we were also thinking of doing a donation to our local animal shelter because it means alot to us and everyone who knows us knows how important our dogs are to us. I know it's rude to "give" people a donation to your favorite charity as their favor, but I was thinking we would attach a note saying "a donation has been made in your honor.." to a chocolate bar or some sort of candy.
So my question is if you went to a wedding and got the photo booth strips and chocolate/candy as a "favor" would you still be annoyed at the donation to the charity you didn't choose?
