who invented bachelor parties?

I seriously hate these disgusting excuses for having strippers. I will state upfront that I am not a fan of strippers stripping on or around my FI. Furthermore, I feel like it's inappropriate whether she's paid or not for a woman to get naked and grind on him.

I have been to a strip club with FI one time and it was horrible b/c i saw what was goign on with the men who were not there with women and how drawn he was. Naturally we're all human and attracted to beautiful people..i get this! But, i don't appreciate being made to feel weird for thinking its gross and putting up a fight against it.

Why do people say "as long as he comes home to you" and u shouldn't worry unless u think he'd do something? BS

    Not sure where you live, but I wouldnt exactly call our strippers "beautiful people". No offense to any strippers of course...

    I agree with you. I wouldn't like it at all but I got lucky and my FI doesn't want a bachelor "party". He wants to go play paintball with the guys...

    aaaaand I am just going to put this out there. At least in my experience with friends who are in this situation, I find this issue to be centered on the bride's self esteem more than any kind of real fear anything 'bad' is going to go down.

    blah. whatever. I don't give to craps about strippers at bachelor parties. you apparently don't trust your FI.

    my H used to work at Penthouse... he asked me recently what I would think if he started working there again (there's a slim possibility)... I said it's cool, as long as he enjoys it.

    My brother is organizing FI's bachelor party and is making no secret of the fact that they'll be going to strip clubs.  FI has his bodacious collection of anime, action figures and graphic novels.  Silicone boobs in his face are tame in comparison.

    My MOH is setting up for us to go to a drag show for my bachelorette.  I can't wait to get a lap dance from a drag Britney Spears!

    In larger metroplis' the strippers are actually good lookin. THink NY, Vegas, Atlantic City.

    I didn't say they want to bone him or any of the men.
    It's more of a question on opinions about naked women being paid to give men boners. YOu wouldn't sit back and chuckle if an acquaintance got naked for your man and did a lap dance. Why is it different, or is it at a strip club.

    From the looks of you salt...ur man probably needs strippers to keep your sex life interesting.
