I work with a girl who is getting married in September. We used to be friends but we grew apart after she started telling a bunch of lies. Well she got engaged last year and sent out save the dates in February. I got a save the date from her. She sent/gave out invitations this week for the wedding. Other people that work with me have gotten their invites (in their work mailbox) but I did not receive one. She even posted on Facebook how relieved she was that all of the invites had been sent out. So here is my concern: she has violated etiquette (she also kicked out a bridesmaid because she wouldn't buy a dress from David's Bridal in January) by not giving me an invite even though I got a save the date. I'm willing to over look that but what if I'm B-listed and get an invite when/if people send back their response cards? I'm not going to go but do I have to send a present? For what its worth, I wasn't planning on inviting her to my wedding.
