Alcohol isn't important to me when it comes to parties though I like to drink. I originally decided with my hubby that we would do a none alcoholic reception. Then he didn't seem to mind having champagne and maybe beer. Now he still somewhat on the fence. My mother on the other hand knows about the no alcohol idea and thinks I should allow byob though she is not a drinker. I don't want to do that because knowing the family members who would bring their own don't know how to hold their liquor and they would ruin our night. I'm thinking maybe a signature drink and that's it don't like it don't drink it. Maybe I can control the liquor loons. What do you think? Should we just stick to the original plan or come up with a compromise?
