WAIT OR DON'T WAIT TO ASK!

Hi ladies:

Not sure how much "personal info" i should put here but here goes. My wedding is May, 2012. We have a limited budget, hence a limited guest list. However...there are about 6 of my coworkers i would LOVE to invite but i cannot until after everyone has RSVP'd or DECLINED, so i can garner whether i have room for them. My query/dilemma: should i tell my coworkers NOW that i hope to invite them but it depends on RSVPs, or should i KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT, wait for the DECLINES, then give my coworkers invitations? I am just worried that by then it will be 'short notice" for them. But what if i tell them now and THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH DECLINES to our wedding and then then CAN'T FIT???
