Who do you tip?

I know the basics. The DJ and the limo driver. The tip for the venue and wait staff is included in the payment.
Who am i missing? Do i tip the florist? and the hair dresser? what about the cake people?

Always tip the hair dresser and makeup artist. 

Generally, if a vendor is self-employed a tip is not required since they're getting 100% of the profits.
