Did you crap your pants this morning when you got the "One Month to Go!" e-mail?  Just me, then?

I got no such email.  But I have been slightly on edge all week.  I'm managing it, though.  My "eat healthy" plan is shot to hell, though. 

How much do you have left to do? 

I just found out our friend with a video camera can't tape for us, so I've been sending info requests left and right.  Hoping to score a last minute deal.  Or maybe just not have it.  It's definitely over budget, if we have it, but I have the money.  I just didn't want to spend it.

Programs and seating.  But, you know, I can't do seating until people get their RSVPs in, which is annoying.  I have no clue on parent gifts, and FI is no help on that front.

I've been ignoring 2/3 of my mom's phone calls for my own sanity.

Yeah, we're struggling along with the RSVPs, too.  I've had a lot of last minute accepts though, that I expected to decline, so that's kind of nice. 

We were going to do Red Sox tix for FI's family, and then found out his brother split a set of season tix, so we're back to square one there.  Really, I am.  Because FI won't come up with anything. 

My mom's pretty under control.  She's getting nervous about the welcome dinner, though, but as soon as I can give her numbers and we can get a weather forecast, she'll breathe. 

My dad is driving me nuts, though.  I have one DIY project that I need him to build me a darn box for, and he hasn't done it.  Says it will take him 15 minutes, no problem.  I'm about to go use his saw and do it myself.

Oh, and I'd like my tax refund check to come in, please, as I'd planned to use that for some stuff rather than digging into savings.

Yeah, I'll probably just get a spa day for my mom or something, but FILs?  No clue.  They live in Hickville, MO.  They don't go out to eat or go to movies because they think they're a waste of money.  I'm tempted to get FMIL a bunch of garage sale crap like she always gets me for holidays.

And thanks, Bec and Alexia!  I am ready to get this show on the road.

Hmmm. . . my ex-fi was from southeast MO.  They were super into movies and pics, so I would have gotten them a year of Netflix and a digital picture frame.

What about. . . a fruit/flower/ham/bacon/other fun food of the month club sort of thing?  If they eat in all the time, could spice things up.

Or. . . gardening stuff?  Do they garden?

Squirrly, one of FI's GM is a camera man for ESPN football, who is starting up a wedding business during the off season.  I saw a wedding DVD he filmed and edited the other day, and I thought it was beautiful.  He lives in Lexington, if you'd like his contact info/email.  I have no idea what his prices are, but considering he is a professional that hasn't yet established himself in the wedding industry, it might be a good deal.

Today was our RSVP date and we were missing about 40 total people. I've whittled it down to 33 and have emails and phone calls out to get the rest. Hopefully people get back to us within the next couple of days... wishful thinking!
