Need a seamstress, referrals please

So I purchased one of the Vera Wang White Dresses and I just feel like it could use some customizing to make it look better. i want to add a sweetheart neckline and a sheer organza one shoulder. Now David's bridal is contractually bound not to make alterations to any of Vera's gown. So does any one have a suggestion for a flawless seamstress in the NYC/Northern New Jersey area?

I hired Susan Ruddie (theweddingdresser.com), who is fantastic!  I'm a bit bowled over by how much it costs for dress alterations, but I have total confidence in her.  She's been completely honest with me about her prices, and she's worked with me a little on the total cost (mention her Yelp! listing and get 10% off).  She does in-home consultations, and really knows her dresses.  Susan used to be a seamstress for Kleinfeld.  She's very prompt in her email replies, you can totally trust her!
