A related coworker invite question

Not quite the same as the previous post, I thought it was deserving of a new thread

I work in a small office.  I am planning to invite two of the older MDs to my wedding (with their SO)., I have worked closely with them for 5+ years, it was an easy decision. We hired a new person in June and I feel that I am in a bind.  I do not want her to feel left out, however budgets are tight and the list has been cut several times already.  What is the right move here?  Do I have to find a way to add another person (and her +1) to maintain a peaceful worklife?

*Added note: She would not be the only person not invited.*
