I was planning to send a thank you card to my shower hosts specifically for throwing the bridal shower for me and include a gift card as a small thanks. (I did give the hostess flowers on the day of, nothing too crazy, just a nice grocery store arrangement, so that's covered.) However, all of them also gave me shower gifts, and it seems strange to me to include a thank you for their gift along with a gift for them.
Should I send them two separate thank you notes--one for the shower, with the gift card; and another for the shower gift? That seems like it might be a lot of thank youing, so I'm not sure if I should just stick with one card. Advice, please! (And thank you.)
ETA: I don't mean "a lot of thank youing" in that it's too many cards to write--it's not. But they might feel like it's a lot of thank you cards to receive, one right after the other.
