What is the protocol for inviting employees? We have about 60 people in my office and I'd only think about inviting 15 or so. Am I allowed to do that? Or invite all or none?

It's definitely no problem to only invite some people. But I'd ask them to keep it under wraps for the most part to avoid any awkward situations.
