I am wondering what the best way to list "The Parents" would be, My Mom and Dad are divorced and he has re-married but she hasn't. Should I list my Mom and Dad's name separately or on the same line? Should I include my Step-Mother?

Just so you all know, me and my Father aren't really that close, he's not walking me down the aisle my Mom is and he hasn't help in any financial way.

    Parents of the Bride
    Ms. Jane Smith (or Mrs. Jane Doe, if she uses his name still)
    Mr. and Mrs. John Doe

    Nothing in the program is about financial contribution or hosting.  It's identifying and honoring your parents.
