Tipping??

I am confused as to who I have to tip as it relates to bands, photographers, and florists. I thought I was supposed to tip everyone 20% on top of their cost. Any guidance would greatly be appreciated...

My understanding is that if they own the business (which is probably most photographers and florists), then you don't have to tip unless they really go above and beyond for you. For people like bartenders and catering staff, you tip 15-20%. I don't know which category band members would fall into, though.

I'd tip something, but not 20% of 5k.  Maybe $25 - $50/band member?
