Sorry, I'm not sure how to PM you without seeing a post of yours on here first.

Have you been watching the price drops for the cruise? I just got another 50pp price drop, which puts me up to almost $350. If we get one more drop (or a total of 25pp), we would have enough to upgrade from an interior to a balcony for no more than we paid initially. Do you have any idea if they'll let me use my OBC to pay for that?

How excited are you getting? My mind is already on that serenity deck...

    Psst.  They let my sister do that for ours.  Not to a balcony, but to a window.  I don't think she tried to go to a balcony, though.

    Oh, I don't see why they wouldn't let me go up 2 then! We already have more than enough in OBC to go to a window, but I'm just not interested in having a window. I'd rather save that money for drinks. However, I would give back all the OBC in order to have a balcony to sit out on!

    Oh, Navy, I just noticed that we could upgrade to the balcony now...a cove balcony for only 60pp what we paid initially (assuming they let us use the OBC). I've heard great things about the coves...

    I just saw your comment on CC that you paged me. 

    We've gotten a heck of a lot on price drops.  I think we're at $340 OBC right now.  We could have had a heck of an upgrade, but we're in one of the L-shaped rooms, so we already have a kick butt balcony and didn't want to lose it. 

    You should be able to upgrade.  Call your PVP and find out.  And I've heard great things about coves.  I think they would be so cool.

    When are you leaving again?

    I'm fighting with myself about it. If we upgrade right now, it will be 120 out of pocket, plus all of our OBC. That means, we also have to go back to paying the tips, which right now is taken care of with the price drop money.

    I sort of want to surprise FI with the balcony by paying for the 120 myself. But that's still sorta forfeiting the 350 that he already knows about. I think that's quite a bit for him to not know about.

    We leave on the 22nd. But, we're coming down on the 19th to go to Disney on the 20th and be at port on the 21st. I've never been to Disney and we got free tickets, so we figured it could be fun.
