Click on the pic in your knot bio.

Under it should be an option to tag it.  A box will pop up with different categories - knottie gtgs is under events.

Fishy, you can't tag individual knotties (I thought you could, too, KA was unclear) but if you tag it as a gtg, it'll show up in the gtg gallery that KA linked to yest.
