Unless someone else offers to pay for it, you do.  And by "offer", I mean without you asking them.  And, if someone else does offer, you respect and stick to their budget for it.

Is this a real question?  As the bride, you buy it, unless someone else offers to buy it.  Keyword is offer, don't ask or guilt someone else into buying it for you.

Like the rest of the wedding, you pay for it unless someone offers. If someone offers w/o being prompted say thank very much, stay within their budget, and they get to have an opinion on it (or as I like to say money comes with strings).
