i don't have pics at work but my dogs are awesomely cute. Just got back from the vet --- Willow is gonna be ok ... she was severely dehydrated and had an infection in her intestines but thankfully it wasn't parvo. I can breathe again.
    Posted by musicalsunlight
<div>Oh thank god! I saw that in the AM post and got really nervous. </div><div>
</div><div>Weirdly, Emmit had something similar when he was a pup. Really sick (both ends) in his crate when I was at school and it turned out it was something with his intestines. And since he was dehydrated, they gave him fluids, but they did it under his skin, so it looked like a hump. Poor dude.</div><div>
</div><div>I'm so glad Willow is ok! I hope she makes a fast recovery- they usually do.</div>

I love corgi butts!  Our other neighbors have two corgis.  We can see into their backyard and sometimes just watch the doggies playing.  I feel like a creeper!  The other day I was talking to them, and they started barking incessantly.  Their mom came out and said "GET YOUR BUTTS IN THE HOUSE!"  Then she apologized that they were so loud.  I felt bad, because I think I egged them on.  I just want to snuggle with them!

Ada plays fetch with plastic water bottle caps.  My favorite thing about Ada is if I cant find her, all I need to do is say "Ada bug?" and I'll hear a "ROWR-ROWR" come from wherever she is. If I follow that up with a "what are you doing?" she responds to that, too.

FI wants a corgi so badly.  FMIL promised him a corgi puppy as a housewarming gift when we finally find a house.

  • OMG, LC!  That video is hilarious!  I love the little wiggle while he thinks about jumping in!  I'm showing that to DH tonight.
  • This is Gracie.  She was asleep and the flash woke her up.  That did not make her happy.

Corgi puppies are the cutest things on the planet!  We were actually looking for a corgi on petfinder when we found April (she's half corgi).  Apparently they aren't very common to find in rescues.

He really loves the new catnip plant.  In fact, he hissed at me when I tried to get him off of it.

The Triplets moved in with us last weekend (My mom found them on the Garden State Parkway 2 weeks ago). The vet says that they can't be more than 4/5 weeks old right now, they barely weigh more than a pound each ... but they seem to be thriving with us. I'm so excited that they're doing so well, considering that they've been away from their mother since they were 2 weeks old.

I can't tell you who's who in my siggy pic, but we've named them Charlie, Nora and Brody.

*I felt sorry for my husband before I met him. Take a number.*

  • Skittles plays fetch.  She has those fuzzy balls that have crinkle in them too, and she'll jump on the bed in the morning and start talking to me until I throw it and then rinse and repeat.  She loves to play fetch.  She also thinks all her balls should be stored in her food dish.  I will come home from work and all of them will be either in the food dish, or in the toilet.

Ha, Asher has a bad habit of dropping them into the water dish. Not all the time, but enough. It's not fun sitting on the couch watching TV or something and then PLOP! A soaking wet ball on your lap! I usually take them away after he does that. I think he might have gotten the hint because he's been doing it less!

  • I had to participate in this thread. I'm a crazy cat lady. Rosalita (3), Domino (4), & Butters (3).

And also Bonnie & Clyde, my Uromastyx (8 years old):

    And my 13-year-old RES, Chino:

  • I'm a little late to the party but this my sweet "little" boy Ben, aka Bennie, Boo, Boogie

  • ... and this is Willow... aka Wills, Willbie.  She is 17 and loves showers.  This was taken after her shower lying in an electric blanket.  She was a very happy kitty.

  • Baxter, FI got him for me for our one year dating anniversary. He's 5 .

Spunky, we adopted her in October and she is super affectionate and very well behaved. The shelter said she was about 6 years old but I think she's much younger. Who ever had her before left her in a crate for days on end and she ground down her teeth from trying to get out.
