So I am going to have some signature cocktails and the reception. There will probably be like three in those big glass beverage dispensers. I wanted to hire a bartender to help refil and dispense these, and also serve the keg beer and other beverages. My mom thinks that we don't need a bartender and we can just have like one of my aunts keep an eye on the cocktails and when they get low or out whip up a new batch. I think this is bad etiquette because they are a guest. She doesn't see my point and thinks they will be happy to help. I need some advise! Thanks
