I hosted a jewelry party at our apartment tonight with 7 girls from work. Somehow, after all the jewelry buying, it turned into a lesson on below the belt piercings. WTH? Anyone else have an interesting night?

I just had a nice conversation with my mom where she helped me figure out how to make it through my insane summer doing everything I want to do if I do indeed get all the stuff I'm applying for. Moms are awesome.

i'm watching a great episode of ellen with dennis quaid & the columbian chick from modern family. i've also eaten entirely too many dark chocolate covered toffee macadamia nuts.

Haha, I was going to ask you on FB but am now glad that I didn't!

I napped until 8:30ish and then I ate dinner.  Then knotted and watch tv while DH played WoW.  We're lame.

It's a little depressing to admit, but I'm babysitting.  Every $50 helps!  Still haven't figured out exactly how we're paying for this wedding

I got bored of poking FI in the belly button.  I'm just channel surfing now, listening to music on youtube and updating fb.

I ate a ton of pizza and we caught up on all the important shows of the week: jersey shore, teen moms, burn notice, the office...ok half of that is trash tv, I can admit it.  My work friend just texted me to say she'll be at a bar in town which never happens....but its also after midnight, I've been drinking, and I'm just plain tired.  Blah.  Now he's asleep and I'm watching the last Conan/Tonight Show.  Yes, tres exciting that is me!

We're enjoying the singing coming from the bar next door, with our tv muted we can here it... We're either judging it or singing along with it..playing the wii.. and just enjoying the night.. Not too interesting  but entertaining

I am staying  up late, because my schedule changed drastically today, and I am no longer working weekends. I may even sleep in until 9 a.m. tomorrow. Yeah, I'm wild.

No, Premier Designs. A girl at work sells it. Seriously, I was packing up some leftovers, and apparently the convo had moved to ao coworker who'd had something pierced. Someone guess at what it was and she was wrong, and the next thing I know, DH pulled up a spread eagle shot of every simultaneous female piercing. Just awesome.

Oh I admit I mostly meant that for the whopping 4 hours of Jersey Shore we sat through.  Teen mom is one of my favorite guilty pleasures

We've actually been very productive tonight:

Got our crib delivered and put it together, Pete surprised me and finally got the rest of the countertops installed in the kitchen, had dinner and ate a huge piece of the cake left over from my office shower. Watching DVRed thursday night TV now, and thinking about getting another piece of that cake....

I actually wanted some chocolate tonight but we didn't have any. 

I had Little Debbie Fancy Cakes instead.  They were yummy.

But I will definitely help you out with the chocolate cake, no worries.
