FI dad and SO

FI dad is in a very committed relationship for like 9 years, but they don't live together.  She is somewhat playing the role of mother of the groom along with his mom.  Would it be okay to sent the invitations to his dad's address with both of their names on them or do i need to send them both an individual invitation?

I would send the invitation to the dad and SO together to his house since they are an established couple.

See, I think one or the other is keen to having their own space if after 9 years they're still living separately. One or the other might enjoy being their own person and having their own place, while still being committed. I think I'd send them separately. But I'm weird and often wrong. I just figured I'd mention my initial thoughts

Ask FFIL... Also, would you invite his SO if they weren't together? (As in, I'm sure FI may now have an established relationship with her and if they were to "break up", would she still be invited?)
