Chasing away the grumps

Morning all.  I woke up in a terrible mood for some reason.  Anybody have a good suggestion of how to shake off this grumpy feeling and cheer the hell up?  I hate to be like this on a Saturday.

  • bacon.  it cures everything
  • Go for a run, pet a kitty, eat your favorite ice cream, get a good long kiss from FI, get in your car and sing your favorite pop song at the top of your lungs... Those are a few things that would make me feel better. :) Sorry you're off to a grumpy start today!

  • Working out generally improves ones mood.
  • Nebb- ARE YOU CALLING ME FAT?  ;)

I think I'm going to go eat some lunch (maybe with bacon) and go for a drive.  The weather looks pretty nice.  I think I'm already coming around.

  • Hahah I was wondering if youd reply like that. I cant say im benefiting from it now, but working out does give you a bit of a "high" and you feel great afterwards. I like to watch the food channel when I work out, its like the best of both worlds.
  • I totally agree.  I felt better when I was working out.  I've really gotta get back in the routine.

    Watch that.

Edited to add:  It's dirty, not safe for children or to watch at work, and a wee (VERY) bit inappropriate....but I still can't help but laugh at it.

  • HAHAHAHA WTF Banana?  That was amazing.  Thank you!

  • You're welcome!
  • Jeez banana, I think you just blasted me back to my first year of college.

Wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong?
  • Yeah, it was my senior year of college.  So it's retro, it's funny, it's all things that make me smile on a lazy Saturday!
