I can still hang pretty well, BUT, I need to be in the right frame of mind and with the right crowd.  We went to the crew party at the boat show on Saturday night, and I held my own rather well ;-)  Something about boats and water...

Morning! I've been up since about 4:30 or so, since I had to drive FI to the airport. Now I'm trying to get myself psyched up to go for a run before I have to head in to school. It's not working so far, because I'm pretty sleepy...

I'm the same way.  For an old chick I can party pretty well, but it's all about the crowd and timing.

I'm sort off today.  I have meeting with my boss in the afternoon.  Way to ruin a whole day off, but  it is what it is.

aMrs, you were right... I do feel better that I went for a run. Now I'm kinda freaked out because it's only 8:45 and I've been up for four hours... usually I'm still shuffling around in my pajamas at this point.

Morning!  I'm having a good day so far (especially this early in the morning) - I got my thesis draft back from my adviser so quickly, so I now have a lot of time to revise it, and I'm getting some cleaning done before class.  Now I only hope I can keep the good feelings going throughout the rest of the day!

Good morning!  I did not sleep well at all last night so I am dragging.  On top of that, we have a huge event this week and my co-workers are not organized people, therefore, they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off.  Oi.

Good morning! I'm getting ready to leave in a few minutes and drop FI off at the airport. Boo that. But we had a really nice weekend together and he's coming home on Thursday this week, instead of Friday, so it's really not that bad at all.

Good morning!

I always schedule the dentist on Monday, if I can. I don't want to dread it all week, so I knock it out first thing so I can get on with the rest.

I can't move today. I spent the past two days on a ladder installing shutters. What a freakin nightmare. What was supposed to take a few hours turned into two days, thanks to old shutters with awnings attached to them into brick. I went through three drill bits and three drill battery charges before I gave up and bought a corded drill. I'm exhausted, and I'm pretty sure I hate that damn house. Ugh.

Also, I think I bruised my elbow bone. Is that possible? There's no bruise on the skin, but I can't touch it without incredible pain. Ouch.
