Pre-Wedding Gift Thank Yous - use stationery?

Is it okay to use invitation-matching thank you stationery for gifts sent in advance of the wedding? Or should an alternative note card be used? And if a thank you is sent for a gift in advance of the wedding, should a "thank you for coming" note be sent following the wedding, as well? Thanks!

    That's fine.

    No.
You sent a TY right after you receive the gift.
So if you receive the gift before the wedding, you send the TY then.
If you receive the gift the day before the wedding, you send the TY when you get back from the HM.
You THANK PEOPLE FOR COMING by providing those guests with a reception following the ceremony.  The reception IS the THANK YOU FOR COMING from the bride and bride's family to the guests.
