Wedding gift help!

A friend of mine is getting married in a few weeks.  I'm not invited (it's a small DW), and I'm not offended or anything, but I want to get her a present.

Thing is, she doesn't have a registry and I'm used to giving cash at weddings.  But I feel weird just sending a check for something that I wasn't even invited to - I'd rather give a gift.

I'm flying blind without a registry, and I know, I need to get her something that fits her and her FI, but you guys have kickass ideas in general.

Any ideas in the $100 range?

Keep in mind that I'm also 1300 miles away, so the easiest thing would be to order it online and get it shipped.  I'm not really a 'making something personal and putting it together' person, either.
