We are meeting with our photographer on Friday night at a local coffee shop, we are going to tell him we want to use him for our wedding and engagement pics. We plan on taking our deposit but do I need to tell him ahead of time? I just feel like it's so impersonal to say we want to use him over email but what if we get there and he doesn't have the contract for us to sign? Is there a contract to sign with photographers?
