Good morning though.  I get free lunch today, it's probably the only thing that helped me show up for work.  I have the starts of what could become a migraine, and if it turns to that I'm going to be really annoyed.

Thursday means ITS MY FRIDAY AND I HAVE A FOUR DAY WEEKEND!!!

It also means that because of that, I have a shiit load of therapizin' and paper work I've gotta get done today.

It also means that it's happy hour day!

Thursday is my favorite day of the week.

WELL, let me tell ya!

Tomorrow my friend and I have to defend our championship from last year in the 7 iron/putter tournament. Meaning, you can only use a 7 iron and a putter for the whole course.

Oddly enough, we scramble just about as well with 2 clubs as we do with the whole bag.

THEN, I'm off to the lake for Boogie Wonderland. Which is one of my favorite weekends of the year.

THEN, Monday, I'm playing in the Rally for a Cure golf scramble in the morning and the afternoon sessions, which is my favorite tournament of the summer.

My brain might explode from all this fun.

We woke up to thunder and lightning this morning... more to come later they're saying. Have I mentioned before that I love thunderstorms?

OH and Obama is in town here today. FI didn't get "picked" to be one of the representatives of the construction crew at the ceremony though. Poo. SO he's getting his hair cut today instead.

Nobody told him how they made the decision... but the 3 guys they picked are the Site Foreman, the Site Supervisor and the construction company's local Director. FI is the Union Steward on this job... which is 1 step "down" from the Foreman... (I never realized they had so many job titles on a construction crew. Hehe.) So we could pretty well guess how/why they picked who they did.

That's OK though - the local TV news has been on the site filming the workers for the last few days, and every time we see a clip on the news FI has shown up somewhere in the shot. Hehe. So he still thinks he's famous.

I made the big mistake of taking Tylenol PM last night before bed, so not only was it almost impossible to get up, I'm STILL groggy now, an hour and a half later.  Won't be making that mistake again on a workday.

Fishy, your weekend sounds like fun!  For you, that is.  I get bored and hungry after about 4 holes.

My FMIL asked FI to go in my underwear drawer yesterday to give her my sizes so she could buy me something sexy for the honeymoon.  He refused, haha.  Thanks FI because that would be weird.  The FIL's also went ahead and booked a shuttle for the wedding even though I told them my dad was working on that (he has a 15 passenger van) so I had to call him and tell him to forget about that today.  I feel bad because it was the only thing he was really helping with, but the FILs are going to do whatever they want anyway and I didn't want him to waste his time or money.

That's how I am.  If it's something like Tylenol PM, I just take one.  Nyquil, I just take half the recommended dose.  That way it does the trick but I'm not a zombie the next day.

Good morning!  The only thing that got me out of bed this morning was the fact that I had to drive FI to work.  He's taking the work truck home so that we can pick up our new sunroom furniture after work!  

With 13 days until my wedding festivities start (I'm taking the Wednesday before off, and my cousins and FILs are coming in Wednesday), I cannot focus one bit at work. Its probably going to be worse next week.  eeks!

I'll see your weird MIL question and raise you. My MIL didn't ask for sizes, she just bought. So now I have a collection of too-small thongs. Oh, and she bought H a pack of bikini briefs. Also too small. Holy fucking awkward.

Good morning all! I have to run a ton of errands today and try to clean the house. I work a few days of the month at a fitness program for little kids. I worked on Monday and had to push a fat kid around in a giant ball (think bubble boy). Apparently I strained my shoulder muscle really really bad. My massage therapist cousin worked on me last night and now I'm super duper sore.
