Well, it was a white ballgown with no beading and a full train, with a gathered top. My mom removed the train for Cew, and shortened the long sash to fall just past the bottom hem, just as Cew asked.

Then she accidentally spilled her coffee on it, so we decided to dye it lavendar to mask the stain, only who knew pomegranate is actually a hot pinkish color, so that's how it ended up. The black appliques in the shape of small children playing with blocks look AMAZING around the bottom hem, so I bought a few extra so Cew can add them to her veil. We finished it up with some peacock feathers coming off the top of each shoulder in a spray resembling a water fountain, so it's pretty much perfect now! I can't wait for Cew to try it on!

I wish I had thought to have a dress with peacock feathers.  I'm so sad I don't have time to dye my dress colors.

Wow. How did you know my vision? I always have trouble describing what I want, but it sounds like you guys were able to get there without any of my help. Is there anyway that you could super glue small toy cars somewhere on the bodice? I think that would make the children playing with blocks really stand out.
