A friend of mine recently got engaged and as we were talking about weddings yesterday, she asked how to communicate that the wedding is adult only. I recall a few posts on this as I was researching Etiquette for my own wedding, so I told her the most obvious thing: Address the envelope to just the adults. Ex, Rhonda & Bill Smith. She asked if there was any way to put it on the invitation, reception card or insert as well? I thought she could maybe fill in the names on the reception card/RSVP the same way she was addressing the envelope... Is that an option?
