If I purchase a design off of Etsy, can I upload it and have it printed via Vistaprint?

    Depends. You should talk to the Etsy vendor about their copyright policy.

    So long as you have the right to print it, Vistaprint should be the same as any other printer.  Make sure you have reproduction rights from the seller, and you're good to go.

    If you purchase the design, I'm assuming that's with the right to print, in which case - yes.
