    Our venue had them.

For escort cards, we just folded a piece of card stock in half (with a scorer - it made the fold perfect!).

Not a full piece of card stock, one I cut down.

  • Ours were wine bottles. The table names were the winery on the bottle. We also considered using silver frames that I found on Amazon for I believe $3 each.

I bought and printed my own escort cards at Michael's.

  • My first attempt was to use a piece of wire to hold the table number in one of the vases as part of the centerpiece, but I decided it looked too top heavy, so I ended up kind of adding a piece of card stock to the back of the table numbers so they were propped up on their own on the table.

For table assignments we actually used a poster instead of cards. There are pictures of everything in my planning bio.

  • For our table numbers I made the numbers on scrapbooking paper in our wedding colors then I put those numbers inside of small picture frames. That way I could use the picture frames again.

For place cards I bought plain place card stock at Michaels and I printed them on our computer at home. Then I added scrapbooking paper to the backs of them and stamped our new last initial on them too.

  • Our venue had the table number holders, and our escort cards were tent cards and didn't need holders.

  • Table numbers/names were in frames.  The place cards were folded tent cards the bride made from cardstock, scrapbook paper, and ribbon.

  • My placecard holders were also favours, and we made them ourselves... I did look around for something to hold them, but couldn't find anything.
