Hi everyone. I need some suggestions for a "bartender" for my aunt's wedding. She is on a very, very tight budget, which is why I think that hiring an actual bartender is out of the question (though I haven't looked into the price for this yet). Her venue allows her to supply her own alcohol, but they don't have bartenders or anything to serve it, so it's up to her to handle that. I'm trying to help her figure out her options. The guest list will be very small, probably about 50 people will show up, almost all of them being family. Is it out of the question to have those that want to drink mix drinks for themselves? It sounds awful to me, but it really will just be family with probably two of her friends thrown in the mix. If that's a no-no, who could serve the drinks? I was going to suggest that she mix up a signature drink and have it set out punch-style, but that wouldn't give everyone much option drink-wise. Suggestions would be very helpful! Thanks!
