Honeymoon Registry

My FI and I have been together for 9 years, lived together for 5 and have a son so we weren't planning on registering at all.

We are however, planning on our honeymoon at Sandals in St. Lucia and I noticed on their website that you can create a honeymoon registry. You can register for everything from "helping out with the trip" to "couples massage" or "day of shopping" and there are many different denominations that can be chosen.

What are your thoughts on this?  Is it tacky to ask your guests to help pay for the honeymoon?  Realisitically we would probably be putting any monetary gifts towards the honeymoon anyway and this way our guests are still technically choosing something more personal than cash, but I'm not sure everyone would see it that way?
