Doing the STD's and Unsure if i should add guest like this

or should it just be
joh doe
124 full dr
bla bla ny

We're going to put "and Guest" unless ofcourse we know their s/o's name.. we'd rather not have singles jumping to conclusions about whether they can bring someone or not, so this is the best way to get that point across early.
