Francophone Wedding Celebrant

Hello,
As a French person living in New York, I am looking for a francophone wedding officiant. Does anyone knows a celebrant who speaks fluently French and who is eligible to perform marriage under NY State Law?

    The thing is that I really need someone who can perform in French for the entire ceremony.
