Well I think the three major factors that contributed to my ass kicking were
1) Bourbon Street bars that were all three for one drinks
2) My boss decided not to come at the last minute
3) Harrah's casino was literally 50 yards from my hotel. Since I love to play cards this was baaaad

V nice.  I've only been to NOLA once and that Harrah's (and their free drinks while gambling) definitely contributed to the ass kicking I received.  And the inexplicable crying in Wendy's later that night.

OOH! one highlight I forgot was the knot table at the conference. I texted Gretch about it so I don't know if she told you. TK had a table at the expo hall (to get advertising business on here) and I HAD to stop by to see if KA was there. She totally wasn't boooo. The women who were there you would have varfed over though. They were like something off of the just engaged board. I was with my co-worker who just got engaged. If this woman told him one more time how special the time period of being engaged was I was going to barf.

And I met the guy who run the Wedding Wire boards. I may have been a few dirnks in and I may have told him his brides sucked. Fortunately he found me very very amusing.

I'm so glad you had a good time! FI had a work conference there this past Friday evening, and we decided to make a weekend of it and I got my ass kicked as well. Did you eat anywhere spectacular? That's how I spent my entire weekend there: eating. Well, and drinking

Lauren, if only I had known you were there! I was there as well Friday night. We were at Harrah's.
I loved the Crescent City Brew House and even our hotel restaurant Drago was delish. There were plenty of other places as well I just can't think of right now.
Or maybe it was just all a bit hazy

When I found out I was going to be there, I was thinking "oh damn, I know M&M is there and not knotting, so I can't tell her I'm here." Crescent City Brewhouse is fantastic.
