For couples who do NOT live together, is it ok to send one invitation addressed with both of their names on separate lines? Or does etiquette require that they each receive their own invitation to their own address?
I do not know the girlfriend well, so it feels a little strange sending her her own invitation. To me, it makes more sense to send the invitation to the male only (my friend) with the girlfriend's name on the envelope.
