BM won't order her dress!

I have a BM that hasn't ordered her dress yet. The rest of my BMs have all ordered theirs. She keeps telling me she is going to. Then when I ask if she did it's the same story. She was busy and couldn't get around to it. She just texted me a picture of her brand new MASSIVE tattoo on her back that cost her $180! So, obviously money isn't the reason she hasn't ordered the dress yet. I know it's still 4 1/2 months away, but I'm starting to get a little worried that she is going to flake out and not order the dress at all. I have asked several times when she is going to order it. I figure that would be obvious enough. What do I do? Just wait until it's too late to order the dress and be down one BM?

Yeah, continued hassling is probably just going to annoy her. If she orders it, great, if not, she can come as a guest.

You have 4.5 months. I had a BM wait until about a month before. Everything was fine.

She knows what she's supposed to do, and if she doesn't... that's on her.

Don't ask her when she's ordering the dress, tell her: "Please order your dress by XX or there is a good chance it will not arrive in time for the wedding."

Then let it go. You cannot make her do anything. I'm sure she wants to be in the wedding and will order the dress in time, but she might just be a procrastinator  who likes to wait until the last minute.
