When you give the venue the final count, do you count children under 1? At what age does a child "count"? One? Two? If kids are eating solid whole foods instead of say Cheerios, we would want to provide a meal - how old is this? But what about a 1 yr old? Do they get a chair (and potentially take away a seat from an adult)? How does that work? Obviously every kid is different, but what's the ballpark? If you had kids, how did you manage that?
