My mom wants to pay for my wedding dress and my accessories, which I really appreciate. However, we haven't talked about price range. I can't think of a good way to bring it up because I don't want to seem ungrateful. But at the same time, I don't want any awkward moments in the bridal store if I pick out a dress that is more expensive than what she was planning on spending.
Also, the dress is really important to me. I really want the *perfect* dress, and I wouldn't mind covering the extra cost. Would it be rude to offer covering the remaining cost if I pick a dress that is out of her price range? Once again, I don't want to seem ungrateful.
