Okay, I know this is one of those things I'll have to decide for myself really but I wanted some outside opinions anyway.
My older sister is having her baby, like, any day now and will need a nanny starting in January. She offered the job to me first because she knows I have experience taking care of kids and would love it. However, it would mean making about $200 less a month. H just got a raise that would just about balance us back out, but it's still less money each month, kwim?
I really don't care for my job. I find it too easy really, and a few of the people just about kill me with stress. It keeps me busy though.
I guess my real question is, does anyone here who stays home or cares for children get bored during the day? Does the lack of interaction with others get to you, or is it great? I've also considered taking some online classes while I care for Evey, but that's a different thing.
So what's your opinion?
