We'll do dinner if the other ladies can't make it in time
I can't stay for drinks so I was really hoping everyone would be handy for me to say hi around dinner time!! That's my first week of grad school plus middle of the semester report card time, so I won't be able to stick around.
Also, they don't check IDs until 9, so maybe you could go in sooner and hang out at a jazz club or something (may I suggest BB Kings?) until the other ladies arrive, if you're cool hanging by yourself.I can't remember why or when they started doing it. I just remember going one year for a concert and being carded after leaving the FedEx Forum.
And PS? There's a bar called Silky's that has a GINOURMOUS bucket of every alcohol dumped in and as many straws as needed. It's called The Diver
