Bridal Shower..who do you invite?

Ok My MOH is planning my BS but I know she will ask for some sort of list from me. I am not sure how it works...Do you invite every single woman invited to the wedding, or just close family and friends?

(I got invited to a family friends wedding of my FI and my FMIL got a bridal shower invite but not me. We dont even know each other so I wasnt hurt, but It got me thinking about this question.)

Close family and friends.

I asked the hostess of my shower to invite my FMIL, FSILs, FI's stepgrandmother, as well as my closest relatives (mom, aunts, and cousins) and lifelong friends.

Just close family and friends.  If she asks you for a list, ask her for a number first.  But typically, you're looking at something like 20-30 people.

You can have whoever you want.  I invited all the women who are invited to the wedding.  But, we only have about 100 guests total, so the number wasn't that bad.

Find out how many people your MOH is willing to host and invite accordingly. Also, make sure that no one else is throwing you a shower so the same people arent invited to more than one shower.
