Just ignore me, I'm stressed

Two days once it's after 12 EST.

Anyway the wedding coordinator at our reception site sucks.  Like I can't wait to write some knottie reviews, but today I wrote her to ask what time was good to meet tomorrow to drop off our escort cards, card box, etc. for our Saturday wedding.  She wrote back that we still owe $300, which is b.s. since she signed off on the final # weeks ago and my parents already got a certified check.

So I wrote back saying that the owner told us if we were close to our minimum that we could use non-food items towards the minimum when we first booked.  She never wrote back. We haven't coordinated the schedule, talked at all about centerpieces and other stuff that needs to be set up or anythiing like that.  I feel like she's completely unorganized and it's three days to go.  Not to mention (and no t like this should really matter) my parents are paying an arm and a leg for this reception so I expected a little better customer service.

So is there anything else I can do.  I emailed her (12 hours after my last unanswered email) saying we will be showing up to drop off items for the reception and want to meet with her and the owner.  This is such bullcrap though and I can't believe she's just ignoring me as I've been such a laid back bride until now.  WDYT?

OP make sure you tell the girls on your local board too. A similar warning on my local kept me from making a (maybe big) mistake with a vendor selection. There will be plenty of places / time for you to express your frustrations/concerns after the wedding.... like PPs said, at this point - just let the next few days play out. Everything will be fine. Even an incompetent coordinator can't stop you from getting married.

OMG! This is too funny.  They definitely are TERRIBLE over there, certainly not what you'd expect from such a costly venue!  I had my wedding there back in October, and I was disappointed by SO many things.  Not one of which was addressed in a curteous manner, or at all apologetically on behalf of their staff.  I asked repeatedly if I should hire a wedding planner to coordinate the day and was assured I should not.  I should have.  It was really just lacking in so many ways, and every issue I had was brushed off like it was nothing.
