I never knew smencils existed! I know about smelly markers but not these. Damn, I feel like I missed out on something awesome in my childhood!

I've seen them at my local teacher supply store.  They might have them at a Hobby Lobby or Michael's..

Ang, I think my lack of smelly pencils is made up by the fact that I had THREE huge books full of every sticker known to man. I even had 5-6 whole pages of oilies!! So THERE.
