About 10 days ago, I tripped on the corner of a rug and went down HARD on my head and my operated hip.
I sat in ER for hours without treatment so I bagged it and went home. On Tuesday, I still had trouble walking (no surprise here, 6 surgeries in 6 years and just recovering from the last one. Walked with my crutches to get me through to see my orthopedic surgeon this morning.
Good news: No fracture, probably just bruised, MRI in a month
Bad news: I have loose crystals in my inner ear. Seems the blow to my head knocked them out of place.
I never even knew that I had them.
